The initiative aims to provide structured academic support, with postgraduates assisting undergraduates in improving subject comprehension and honing problem-solving skills. Participants like Peng Zegao, a postgraduate Helper, noted how the peer interactions deepen their own understanding of what they have learnt, while Qian Jiayu highlighted the collaborative nature of the experience, describing it as "exploring the coding world together." Moreover, a Growth Sharing Session in early April, organised by Business Information Systems postgraduate Zeng Qi, facilitated meaningful dialogues between seven postgraduates and undergraduates. Discussions centred around shared concerns such as course selection and career planning, promoting proactive learning through trial-and-error approaches. Freshman Lu Chengyang shared how the session helped reduce academic anxiety, encouraging an action-oriented mindset that he now views as vital to success. Further fostering collaboration, the Spring Interdisciplinary Networking Event held on 10 April at Songshan Lake’s Lemon Island brought together postgraduates specializing in MSc in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology as well as MSc in Electronic Information Engineering. Activities such as eco-microscape crafting encouraged creative exchanges, blending design innovation with botanical expertise. Organizers noted that informal networking often sparks unconventional ideas that transcend traditional classroom boundaries.
