To support students’academic and personal development, CityUHK (Dongguan) has implemented a Life Mentor system for undergraduates. Selected from the University staff and faculty, they help students navigate their university experience by connecting them with relevant resources and support, offering guidance as students plan their academic and campus life.

Five staff and faculty members have been named 2026 Outstanding Life Mentors: HUANG Zhian from the Colleges and Academic Support Units; WU Aihua from the IT Service Office; XIONG Gang from the Finance Office; YIN Liping from the Development and Alumni Office; and ZHANG Dandan from the Administration Office. Through regular communication and guidance, they help students access available support and make informed plans for their university life.
